“It’s important that we share our experiences with other people. Your story will heal you, and your story will heal somebody else. When you tell your story, you free yourself, and you give other people permission to acknowledge their story as well.”

— Iyanla Vanzant

Welcome to Graceful Passages

The vital work of Graceful Passages Institute is ongoing, with special attention being paid to military veterans that are struggling and challenged with morale injuries, PTSD, abuse issues and/or addictions.

Our mission:  to empower vets to tell their story while being held in a space of safety and non-judgement, as it is this context which allows for the most profound healing to occur.

Many veterans want to reach out and ask for help to get through their experiences of being deployed and/or their difficulty in re-inserting themselves back into a society that truly doesn’t understand what happened to them while being deployed. They either don’t know how to do so successfully or they lack the resources to do so effectively.

Personally, I know what it’s like to feel this way, having experienced the above challenges myself before I was able to make this transition successfully.

As a result, it is now my passionate desire to support veterans to achieve the same kind of success I did through the use of a process that worked for me: telling my whole story, telling the truth about my story, then learning how to let go and empower my own self-healing.

I stand ready to serve you in any way I can to support your successful transition from military service into a civilian life that is productive and fulfilling.

If you are ready to begin to (or further) create your own healing process and step into the life you really want to experience following your military service, please contact me.
